I did my Lu Jong 1 teacher training in 2013 with Ana Taboada in Lisboa and am practising and teaching Lu Jong since then. It is a soft, flowing, female yoga style which is very effective at the same time. I also studied Lu Jong 2, Tummo, Mindfulness and Tsa Lung with Tulku Lobsang.
