Über mich
I’m Maya, a teacher specialized in Lu Jong, the Tibetan healing yoga of the lineage of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. Since 2016, I have been teaching this method, which combines movement and breath in precise sequences designed to mobilize the spine, harmonize the internal organs, balance vital energy, and strengthen the mind.
My journey also includes dance and the visual arts, disciplines that have nurtured a careful awareness of the body, movement, and the aesthetics of presence. I have studied and taught in Europe, India, and Turkey, and I currently live in Mallorca, where I offer classes, workshops, and Lu Jong retreats: spaces to ground yourself, soften the mind, and reconnect with your essence.
With a somatic and meditative approach, my teaching invites the cultivation of calm, self-care, and vitality through a practice that is accessible, structured, and profoundly transformative.
