Über mich
I fell in love with LuJong and Tulku Lobsang's teachings and ended up becoming a Level 1 instructor. Lu Jong was a perfect fit to complement my 20 plus years of teaching yoga. I have worked in many different environments, from studios to corporations to private settings. I have enjoyed teaching as I feel it is a win-win situation for me as I receive much from my students as they receive from me. Teaching is an affair of the heart. And I hope to impart this heart when I teach LuJong as well.
