Über mich
After studying International Economics at the University of Mexico, I worked for four years in a customs, marketing and human resources department until one day life led me to Germany. Here I had the opportunity to complete a Master's degree in International Relations and also the chance to deepen my language skills.

I have always wanted to travel the world, discover new things, learn more languages and meet interesting people. I love to be on the move and always feel comfortable in groups, especially among children.

17 years ago I discovered Hatha- and Vinyasa-Yoga, however, I think it has accompanied me all my life. And so, while dedicating myself body and soul to my main life project, my family and while practicing "my Yoga", I decided to certify myself as an instructor. However, even with certification and complete satisfaction, I felt that I was missing a part of my puzzle.

And so, as sometimes happens in life, like magic, comes Lu Jong into my life, the piece of my puzzle that I had been looking for. And so, as if in cascade, everything begins to take shape and color, allowing me in 2019 to be certified as a teacher of Lu Jong and in October 2022, after three years of daily teaching, as a certifier.

Tulku Lobsang, my respected Lu Jong teacher, Judith Becker, my dear Lu Jong instructor, Susanne Müller-Dressel, my dear Hatha Yoga instructor, my family, friends and the loving people who were around me at that moment have positively touched and changed my life in various ways. Lu Jong for Women: aims to offer the participants a trusting atmosphere, where you will be individually being taken care of and supported in small groups*.

Lu Jong for Men: is a good addition to the weekly routine, it not only harmonizes your physical body and gives it strength and flexibility, but also improves sleep quality, among other things*.

Lu Jong 60+: Aimed at seniors interested in maintaining their mobility, flexibility and cognitive abilities. Those who want to stay physically and mentally active, through a friendly practice according to their needs*.
