Über mich
My path is one of devotion—to life, to healing, and to transformation. For over twenty years, I have supported others as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, massage therapist, and Sat Nam Rasayan® practitioner.

My journey has taken me across Europe and Asia, leading me to spiritual teachers and profound experiences that fostered my inner growth. For eight years, I lived with my family in a yogic community in the French Alps; as the “Mother of the Ashram,” I helped create a space of connection, mindfulness, and inner development.
Today, I live with my family in the countryside between Hamburg, Bremen, and Hanover. Here, in my private practice for health and healing, I share my knowledge, love, and dedication to healing with those who find their way to me:
