Über mich
Elisabeth Yndestad (Jamyang) has regularly trained Tog Chöd, and Lu Jong since 2018 in Bergen with her teacher and educator Heidi Vestrheim (Lobsang Dolma). She has a backround as an artist, mostly as a singer and instrumentalist, but also as a creative writer and illustrator. She has worked with creativity as a tool to connect with our own free expression, and to promote relaxation. She workes and collaborates with Heidi Vestrheim as a mantra singer, also guiding students in mantra resitation. Since 2018 she has followed many of Tulku Lobsangs teachings, courses and retreats. In 2024 she became a 5 Elements Teacher.
