Über mich
Elisabeth Yndestad has regularly trained Tog Chöd, and Lu Jong since 2018 in Bergen with her teacher and educator Heidi Vestrheim. She has a backround as an artist, mostly as a singer and instrumentalist, but also as a creative writer. She has followed many of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoches teachings and retreats, and in 2024 she became a Tibetan 5 Element Teacher.
