Hello!:
My name is Silvia and I am a Teacher and Educator of Lu Jong, Mandalas and Meditation.
I met "Tibetan yoga" in 2014 in Galicia and I trained as a teacher in 2018 with the Tibetan master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, since then I have never stopped learning.
In these teachings, being based on Buddhist philosophy, we first seek compassion towards ourselves, and towards all sentient beings, trying to generate a mind full of joy and happiness that inspires us to be a better version of ourselves.
I became certified with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche as a teacher of Lu Jong - Tibetan Healing Yoga (2018) and in 2022 I was selected to become a lineage educator. Tulku-la being my Refuge teacher, I follow his teachings all over Europe and have participated in numerous retreats with him.
Practicing Tibetan Buddhism since 2017 under the tutelage of teachers such as Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, Geshe Tenzin Namdak, Chaphur Rinpoche, Geshe Lhundup, HH. Dalai Lama, His Holiness Kyapgon Ngawang Tenzin Rinpoche, His Holiness Kalu Rinpoche, Khensur Jhado Rinpoche and Jhado Rinpoche, among others. I am a student of the Lam Rim Advanced Programme at the Jamyang Buddhist Centre in London, where I volunteered for a year and a half at the Dharma Centre.
Since 2019 I have been organising the teachings of Buddhist masters at Lhamo Mandala House, a small rural house in the middle of nature in Galicia. Spain.

Mi nombre es Silvia y soy Profesora y Educadora de Lu Jong, Mandalas y Meditación.
Conocí el "yoga tibetano" en 2014 en Galicia y me formé como Profesora en 2018 con el maestro tibetano Tulku Lobsang Rinpoché, desde entonces nunca he dejado de aprender.
En estas enseñanzas, al estar basadas en la filosofía budista, buscamos primero la compasión hacia nosotros mismos, y hacia todos los seres sintientes, intentando generar una mente llena de alegría y felicidad que nos inspire a ser una mejor versión de nosotros mismos.
Me certifiqué con Tulku Lobsang Rimpoché como profesora de Lu Jong - Yoga Sanador Tibetano (2018) y en 2022 fui seleccionada para ser educadora de linaje. Siendo Tulku-la mi maestro Refugio, sigo sus enseñanzas por toda Europa y he participado en numerosos retiros con él.
Practicando Budismo Tibetano desde 2017 bajo la tutela de maestros como Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, Geshe Tenzin Namdak, Chaphur Rinpoche, Geshe Lhundup, SS. Dalai Lama, Su Santidad Kyapgon Ngawang Tenzin Rinpoche, Su Santidad Kalu Rinpoche, Khensur Jhado Rinpoche y Jhado Rinpoche, entre otros. Soy estudiante del Programa Avanzado Lam Rim en el Centro Budista Jamyang de Londres, donde fui voluntaria durante un año y medio en el Centro Dharma.
Desde 2019 organizo las enseñanzas de maestros budistas en Lhamo Mandala House, una pequeña casa rural en plena naturaleza en Galicia. España.
