Namaste dear reader,
In 2015 Lujong came on my path and brought a big change in my life. Thanks to Lujong, I learned to control my breath and my mind and discovered the power of the intention of the Lujong excercises.
Thanks to the modifications and adjustments Tulku Lobsang offers in the Lujong, I can do the exercises every day regardless the limitations my body brings.
I am grateful for the help and insights during the teachings over the past few years from Tulku Lobsang and the healing support and teachings from his brother Amchi Lobsang Rabjee. As a result, today I am physically healthier, have more energy and am growing in mental strength.
I've been a certified Lujong teacher since March 2018.
To deepen my knowledge about the mind and to become a better teacher I took on the course of Buddhist Psychology.
