Über mich
I am a senior therapist and Lu Jong Tibetan healing yoga teacher. I developed my knowledge and skills by becoming a certified wellness therapist as well as earning several different certificates for beauty treatments abroad.
My wish for growth and expansion of knowledge has led me to a more holistic side of healing; a certificate for a Tibetan healing massage Kum Nye and teacher certificate for Lu Jong Tibetan healing yoga.
Rooted in Tibetan Medicine, the Lu Jong exercises restore the balance of the elements and humors of the body and increase the flexibility of the spine. Through a rhythmic combination of position, movement and breath, this practice cultivates conditions conducive for meditation by calming and focusing the mind.
