Über mich
Yoga-lover since my twenties. I mainly practiced Hatha-yoga. In 2016, I followed a course of Lu Jong, Tibetan healing yoga. I kept on doing the movements: was it because of the energy they gave me, the mental calmness I could experience, or because they set things in motion? In 2017, I followed a teacher training course in Belgium with Maaike Decock, and from then on started teaching Lu Jong to groups and individuals. Beside this, I'm also a travel guide in Asia and Latin-America. Many thanks to Tulku Lobsang for all the teachings: they are always renewing, fresh, educational, and full of new insights.
