Every 100 years we have one big change.
Every year we have one big change.
Every day we have one big change.
We reincarnate one time. We start a new life.
But what is the secret to really enjoying this new life?
Every night, you go to sleep and every morning, you wake up. It means that every day, you die one time and you reincarnate one time. It is the same with every new year. You start a new life.
New life is like an empty book. You can decide what you want to write in it. Every morning, every year, every birth we get the chance to write a new book, the book that we really like. How do we do this? By letting go and letting in.
End this year by letting go of all the things that you no longer want in your life. Anything that has happened that you do not want, especially the hard or painful things, just leave them. Don’t follow them. Don’t hold onto any part of the past that you don’t like. Just let it go.
Then, start the new year by letting into your life all the things that you want, all the things that you like. Invite the things you like into your life. Don’t reject them or close yourself off to things you like. Be open to them. Let them come into your life.
Let go and let in, that is all we need to do.
I wish you all a very happy new year.

Nangten Menlang is a “School of Inner Medicine”. Founded and directed by Tulku Lobsang, the organization offers many teachings and educations in Tibetan Buddhism and the Tantrayana healing wisdom. The headquarters of Nangten Menlang International is located in Vienna, Austria. Furthermore, there are several country-specific Nangten Menlang Associations.
Offers include movement practices (such as Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga and Tog Chöd: The Wisdom Sword), more subtle body practices (such as Tsa Lung Breathwork and Tummo: The Inner Fire), healing methods (such as Traditional Tibetan Medicine and Kum Nye Massage), and meditation practices (such as Fearless Death and Mindfulness). To supplement the in-person teachings of Tulku Lobsang, the organization produces books, DVDs, CDs and a magazine, called Emptinez.
While the teachings are diverse, each of these wisdoms and methods enable students to achieve greater health and happiness by learning to tap into their own innate wisdom. It is also possible for one to attend an Education and become a teacher, further spreading precious practices such as Lu Jong, Tog Chöd and Mindfulness.
In all that he and his organization do, Tulku Lobsang aims to introduce us to ourselves, to empower his students to be their own inner master. In this way, we develop for the good of all sentient beings.

Om Svasti!
Immortal long-life protector, Amitāyus,
supreme bestower of longevity, Ushnisha Vijaya,
and noble wish-granting wheel, Jetsun Tara
to all three of you I pray: grant auspiciousness here and now!
Ordained in the Lobsang (Lobsang Drakpa) teachings of the Victorious One,
serving authentic masters from various traditions through the three kinds of fulfillment,
the gracious one, spreading the holy Dharma in all directions,
may the sun of the Dharma teachings shine forever.
Mahāmudrā, the path of liberation, having arisen in your wisdom mind,
with the Six Yogas of Naropa, the path of skillful means, having been actualised,
thereby dissolving the channels, winds, and essential drops into the central channel,
Lord of accomplishment, may your life remain secure!
Through the power of the undeceiving truth of supplicating in this way,
may you, the protector, remain secure
until the ocean of samsāra is emptied,
and may your activities of benefiting the teachings and beings flourish!

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is a high and precious Buddhist master. He bases his teachings on the ancient Tantric knowledge that has been the foundation of Tibetan Buddhism, Medicine, and Astrology. Having profound knowledge in these fields, Rinpoche now presents to the world the knowledge of his venerable lineage, integrating various disciplines in one, as they originally were. Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche’s knowledge and experience, his natural and compassionate way of teaching, his general kindness, and his wisdom make him a precious and valuable mediator and transmitter of the Tibetan Buddhist culture and traditions.
Childhood at the Roof of the World
Tulku Lobsang was born in 1976, in the year of the fire dragon. He was born into a farmer family in the Himalayas. Many reincarnated lamas have been born into this family. Tulku Lobsang spent his childhood in nature under the attention of his mother. He was always surprising her with special games. Once he wanted to fly from the third floor of the house with an umbrella. The makeshift glider broke right away once in the air, but fortunately the young boy was unharmed. When he was six years old, Tulku Lobsang entered Sowa Monastery, the local Buddhist monastic school. At eleven, he transferred to the Nangzhig Bön Monastery, which is the biggest Bön monastery in Tibet today. The full name of the monastery is Nangzhig Gön Chen, which means something like „The Big Monastery of Pure Vision,“ and it is also sometimes referred to as Narshi Gompa. There Tulku-la was educated by his uncle who was Abbot of the monastery. The Master cared about him like his own son and introduced him to the teachings of the Bön tradition. Tulku-la made his first experiences with the secret Dzogchen teachings and the Bön rituals.
Tulku Nyentse
While Tulku Lobsang was at the Bön Monastery, the Sowa Monastery monks were advised by the oracle that he had identified their reincarnated Lama, Tulku Nyentse. At an open ceremony of the oracle, when the monks asked for the incarnation of their Lama, the young Lobsang was named. However, the monks were not sure if the oracle meant this especially wild boy. The oracle confirmed that Lobsang was without a doubt the true incarnation of the Nyentse Lama. At that same moment, the oracle also said that Lobsang would not stay at Sowa Monastery and sit on the throne as was tradition. Instead, he said Lobsang would travel the world teaching and helping others and, in doing so, provide the greatest help to Sowa Monastery and the surrounding village. Thus, at the age of thirteen, Tulku Lobsang was enthroned in a celebration ceremony at Sowa Monastery as the eighth incarnation of Tulku Nyentse. He would soon leave, however, just as the oracle predicted.
The first incarnation of the Nyentse Lama was Abbot of Gaden Monastery near Lhasa. That Nyentse Lama was an accomplished Master of the deity Yama and was living in constant connection with him. In the fifth incarnation, he was a great yogi who was famous for his magic faculties. In this eighth incarnation, the Nyentse Lama’s Body, Speech, and Mind were reincarnated separately into three different people. The Abbot of Gerdeng Monastery was identified first as the reincarnation of the Body of the Nyentse Lama. Because he did not stay on the throne at Sowa Monastery, however, the monastery was still without its spiritual leader. Tulku Lobsang was identified next and is the reincarnation of the Speech of the Nyentse Lama. As Tulku Lobsang was to be of greatest benefit to the world by traveling and teaching, the need for someone to take the throne at Sowa Monastery still existed. Thus, some years after Tulku Lobsang had been enthroned and had left Sowa, a third monk, who is the same age as Tulku Lobsang, was identified as the reincarnation of the Mind of the Nyentse Lama and stayed to run the Monastery. He and Tulku Lobsang studied with the same teachers as children and remain close today.
Shortly after his enthronement at Sowa Monastery, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche moved to Amchok Monastery where he received his formal teachings. Early in his studies at Amchok, the young Tulku Lobsang was already impressing people with his healing capacities. Next, he continued his studies in Labrang Monastery. There he deepened his knowledge in Sutra, Medicine, and Astrology. In addition to his general schooling in the monastery, a line of scholars in Medicine and Astrology privately taught Tulku Lobsang. One of his teachers was the astrologer Geshe Jamyang Nyima. The highly cultured Lama Gungtang from Amdo instructed him in the teaching of Tantra and gave him the most important initiations. Over the next several years, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche received general teachings in all eight main schools of Tibetan Buddhism.
Teachings and Teachers
Generally, Tulku Lobsang received Gelug teachings, but he also studied Bön, the Jonang Kalachakra secret traditions, as well as Mahamudra traditions. Therefore, he received general teachings in all of the Tibetan Buddhist traditions and is considered as Rime. Today, Rinpoche continues as a practitioner of all traditions. Tulku Lobsang had many teachers, but his main teachers were Geshe Samten in Amchok Monastery in eastern Tibet for philosophy, Geshe Jamyang Nyima in Labrang Monastery for medicine and astrology, and Geshe Sherub Nyima in Bön Nangzhig Monastery, who was his special astrology teacher. When he was young, in the Sowa Monastery, Geshe Lodrup taught Tulku Lobsang reading, writing, and memorization. Lama Gungtang gave Tulku Lobsang most of the empowerments and initiations – such as Kalachakra empowerments and Mirta Gyatso, which means 100 Mandala Empowerments. He received medical empowerments, such as Mangnergajama from Geshe Tsukdruk at Labrang Monastery, who also gave him flower and water essence initiations and teachings. Jonang secret Kalachakra traditions were received from Kembo Narshe and Lama Dorje. Bön Dzogchen traditions were given by his uncle Ak Yeshi. Tulku Lobsang’s four personal, private teachers were also reincarnation lamas – Tulku Narke, Tulku Serchen, Tulku Kaynyang and Tulku Tsurmon, all at Amchok Monastery. His root Lama is Tulku Serchen. Tulku Narke was a very close teacher. He always traveled with Tulku Lobsang in Tibet, cared for the details of daily life, and supervised his practice. Altogether, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche had 35 main teachers from whom he received instructions and specific empowerments and initiations.
India and the West
In 1993, Tulku Lobsang left Tibet for south India, to the Gaden Shartse Monastery. At Gaden, he deepened his knowledge in the classical Buddhist texts. After five years in Gaden Monastery, Rinpoche moved to Dharamsala to pass the Tibetan cultural heritage on to both Tibetans and Westerners. Since 2000, Tulku Lobsang has been traveling to many countries to give teachings and lectures in Medicine, Buddhism, and Astrology. In March 2002, Rinpoche established a medical center, Nangten Menlang – Buddhist Medical Center, in northern India. Today, his association Nangten Menlang International is based in Vienna, Austria.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I always say that the purpose of life is to go out of our "I," our ego, and in this way we try to find our true nature.
Do not forget that when we practice the spiritual path we should not be creating a bigger "I.”
Instead, we say that a spiritual person is someone who—as much as possible—tries to create less "I."
In our normal life, we have so much "I." This is the root of our problems.
This means that because of the "I" there is a difference between our normal life and our spiritual life. In our normal lives we have too much “I,” and that is the problem. Then we practice the spiritual path and try to have less "I." In this way we create a separation between our regular life and our spiritual life.
Many people who practice a spiritual path create more "I." They do not realize the root of the problem.
Who does not allow you to become a spiritual person? Nobody—only your "I." This means that always, in any moment, at any time you can practice. No matter what exactly you are practicing on the spiritual path, whenever you feel more "I" then you need to realize that this is not the right way to practice.
Whenever you are not happy, whenever you are suffering, in this moment you are always feeling "I."
Therefore, it is always important that we do not forget that we practice the spiritual path because we want to reduce the “I.”
When there is less “I,” there is more happiness. "I" makes your life very hard and very difficult. "I" is the source of the problem.
Question: Who can make less "I?”
You can, nobody but you can!
Question: What method can you use to make less "I?”
Compassion and unconditioned love.
Do not forget that we are all a little crazy!

At times, it is like we are intoxicated, drunk on our ego. We are completely absorbed by the ego and it colors all of life, preventing us from becoming pure. We only speak the language of the ego, so life cannot speak to us and we miss its beautiful message.
Life is like a paradise or heaven that only speaks in two languages—that of love and of nature. But we only speak the language of the ego. We don't speak the language of love because we are too shy and so we miss the opportunity to have an earthly paradise. We need to learn the language of nature and the language of life and love.
If we speak the language of love we need no other language. This language is our mother tongue. Everyone speaks this language, and everyone wants to hear this language. Doing so will lessen our problems because without this language it is not possible to understand and connect with one another.
Mostly we speak in the language of negative emotions and this brings feelings of loneliness. So instead we must speak with compassion in the language of love. The ego is not a true language, it cannot communicate. When we speak in the language of love and compassion our communication with each other is effective and beneficial. Without this language it is not possible to experience any positive feelings and life starts to feel like hell.
Whoever speaks with love and compassion is the wisest person in the world. We can manage any problem when we speak this language.
Love is the language of God. Love is the language of nature. Love is the language of all human beings.

Anger creates what you don't want. Anger brings what you don't want close to you. Naturally, what you don't want, what doesn't make you happy is far from you. But because of anger, it comes near. Anger burns all of your happiness. Therefore, anger is the strongest creator of suffering.
Don't forget that we are the army of anger. Whatever anger says, whatever anger orders, we do—even if it hurts those near and dear. We blindly follow our anger.
Sometimes we are angry because others suffer. Sometimes we are angry because others are happy. Because of our own suffering we make others angry or because of others' suffering or happiness we become angry.
What sense does it make to be angry with yourself or others?
Because of anger, you will quickly learn what you don't like, for anger is a magnet for what you don't like. We are so crazy!
Those that make us happiest also make us most angry! And those we don't like surely make us angry.
Therefore, practice patience. Practice discipline and patience. Then you won't burn your beautiful garden, your beautiful life.
Don't say, "Tulku Lobsang, what you say is very true, but very difficult." I know you will say this! But when you think something is difficult, that makes it difficult. If you don't think it is difficult, I promise it will not be difficult. Difficulty only exists in your head.
Therefore, to reduce anger, practice patience.

Every year, life gives you a chance for a new life, a new way to live your life. The sense of celebrating the New Year is to leave all your mental stress, your negative emotions, your past histories and everything that makes you unhappy behind, so that you can become a new person with a new life. New Year does not mean that something finishes, but that something new starts, like a small birth. The New Year celebration brings you new energy and a positive mind, which is the essence of the New Year. The New Year can make you into a new person who lives his/her life in a new way. The gift of the New Year is the opportunity for a complete new birth.
To receive the chance for change you have to promise yourself to discipline yourself. Whatever you promise yourself needs to be combined with discipline; otherwise, you just go back into your old structures. With discipline, your promises can become real. One discipline can help and save you in many difficult situations in your life.
If you really want a new life, you need discipline.

It is important to have the aspiration to maintain a healthy body and a positive mental state. Everyone has this to some degree, certainly, but just having the aspiration is not enough. We all desire not to have illness or excess, but also to have a desirable physical shape. In order to achieve these aims, or any other aspiration, another mental factor must be present—the resolve to act.
As long as we are unable to transform our mental state into a motivated decision, there will be suffering. A wish that one is unable to actualize leads to this suffering. An aspiration is like a dream. The decision to act turns the dream into a reality. Nothing is impossible if we just apply skilful methods.
It is important to first analyze the aspiration and determine if it is positive or negative in nature. Will it bring you closer to balance? If so, among the countless wishes you have, you have chosen well to act on this one.
Why is it that sometimes we are not able to make a firm decision? It is because we harbor doubt. When we doubt our aspirations we are afraid of making mistakes. We are unsure of what should be done and so do nothing at all. The greatest obstacles are fear and doubt, which keep us from making a decision. They prevent us from being able to actualize our feelings in daily reality and this is really the biggest mistake we can make. When we are determined and have the right effort, everything is possible.

Everyone wants to feel protected. We believe that this makes us calm and relaxed and then we feel more at home. Whenever we feel safe, with a particular person, or in a certain place, we say that we feel "at home" with this person or in this place. What does it mean to feel "at home"? Being at home means feeling safe. Everyone wants this. To feel totally at home means to feel totally safe.
How is it possible to attain a feeling of "absolute home"? In love we find absolute home. Because of love we protect ourselves less. The more love we have, the less guarded we are. If we have less love, we guard ourselves more. The more we protect ourselves, the more problems we experience. We perceive more problems and we encounter more problems. When we have more love, we protect ourselves less and this means we perceive less problems and at the same time we encounter less problems. When we don’t guard ourselves we become absolutely safe. Therefore, don’t protect yourself; this is the best guard. If you have more guards, it means that you have more enemies. If you have less guards, less protectors, then you have less enemies.
Why do I say, "Don’t protect yourself?" Because you are naturally very safe. We live, and this is our nature. Naturally, we are safe. Your nature is one of safety. But when we start to protect ourselves, we go outside of nature and we become a stranger. The more we protect ourselves, the stranger we become. When we make ourselves a stranger it means that we make ourselves different from others. We make ourselves special. And when we become special we have more enemies and more problems. "Don’t protect yourself” means "be normal." To be normal means not being different from others. This also means that you will have fewer problems with others.
The key method to becoming absolutely safe is not saving yourself. This is the best way to protect yourself. If you want to be absolutely safe, don’t protect yourself. The more guarded you are, the more mentally and psychologically unsafe you will be. Don’t protect. There is no story on all of earth of one who protects themselves so much that they have found a safe place and feel totally safe. There is no history of this.
Be like a yogi.
You know, my friends, saying, "Don't protect yourself," is crazy wisdom. But if you protect yourself, this is stupid mind. Make a choice! Do you want to be crazy or do you want to be stupid? Yogis say, "You think I am crazy and I think you are crazy, but I am crazy in love and you are crazy in suffering." When we want to be happy we also need to be crazy. Happiness comes with craziness. Crazy, fearless mind. This is a great method to liberate the mind. Come out of fear and be safe. Do you think I am crazy? Or do you think you are crazy? Ha! Ha!

We have many reasons to be happy and we have many opportunities to be happy, but we say that we don’t have time. Really, we don’t have the courage to take all these opportunities. But still, we don’t even realize that we don’t take these opportunities or these reasons to be happy. And so we try to search more. But no matter how much you search, no matter what you receive, you never have time and you never have the power to be happy about these opportunities or reasons for happiness.
This is because of our laziness. Buddha said that with laziness it is not possible to do anything. Therefore laziness is our root problem. This is the root problem.
You see, we are too lazy to be happy. Not because we cannot be happy, not because we no have reason to be happy. We have reason. We are happiness. But we are too weak, too lazy to be happy. Not because we are not happy, not because we have no reason, just because of laziness.
Therefore, if you really want to be a happy person, you need to practice discipline. Discipline means you need both self-control and self-commitment. Whoever doesn’t have commitment and whoever doesn’t have self-control, they don’t have discipline. And if you don’t have discipline, you don’t have mind-awareness. If you don’t have mind-awareness, then you don’t have mindfulness. This means that you never see what you have. You never feel what you have. Your whole life you are kind of blind. You don’t have the courage to see things, to receive things. Without mindfulness, mind-awareness, no matter what you have, it is kind of senseless. Therefore, laziness is the problem.
There is one medicine for becoming a less lazy person. You need to believe. You need self-belief. Self-belief is the way to come out of laziness. Belief is very powerful for the mind. Therefore, we need to practice belief. Until we come to enlightenment, we need courage. You need courage as long as you have a problem with laziness. That means that without belief there is no way to better yourself. You always remain the same, at the exact same point. Nothing flows. The purpose of life is to come to enlightenment. This means that you find unconditional happiness. You want the journey of this path, then you need belief. Otherwise, laziness never ever allows us to go this direction. Laziness always pushes you down. Don’t make friends with laziness. But since you find laziness everywhere—looks like coca-cola—it is easy to become friends with laziness. But this is not a good friend to have on this journey of your samara life!

In our life as a human, there is one important thing that we need to do—fall in love. No matter what kind of person you are or what kind of religion you believe in; we all have only one goal. For sure, we each want to become a happy person.
Falling in love is the only way to make yourself happy. Therefore, if you ask me what is the purpose of life, or you ask me why do we do so many things in our lives? My answer is that we do these things to be in love. When you achieve this, then that is it. There is nothing else that you need to do. This is the meaning of life. This is when life makes sense.
The good thing is that from the moment you are born you already have the right to fall in love. You don't need to buy this. You don't need to ask anyone’s permission to love, because you are love. Somehow, it is also very simple, because you don't need to study in order to fall in love with somebody. This is because you are love.
Love is life. As long as you have love, life makes sense to you in every moment. You will never find this sense in life outside of yourself, because you are what makes sense in life. And love is the only way to feel yourself. Love is the only way to see yourself. So, when you have love, you have all. When you lose love, you lose everything. Because of this, we all need to practice our innate love. That is why we are so special, because we are love.
In conclusion, my message to you is: There is one important thing that we need to do in our life and that is to love. That is it. No more.

Namasté Tulku Lobsang,
I met you when you were in Bonn/Bad Godesberg for preaching about lu jong. Afterwards you asked me kindly how I am. I said I´m fine but I wanted to ask you something, but it seemed as I was too shy to do so. Now I´m trying it, my question is, what to do, if you don´t trust yourself anymore, and have problems to trust other people- if your are fearing love, although you are longing for it? I am doing lu jong now everyday- it helps me to find back to myself. But I am still in a situation whether I don´t know if I´m on the right way.
Still thankful for meeting you, and looking forward to an answer from you.
Thank you.

Dear Tulku,
My question is silly compared to other awful things going on in the world, but if you have the answer I appreciate please some wise guidance that might avoid me and other people unnecessary suffering in the future. Like many women I have suffered deeply from attachment in my past relationships. I know now this is wrong and that the excess of attachment and expectations on my behalf is the cause to my suffering. But now it has made me fearful and cautious to simply enjoy something that is wonderful energy and is so natural. Now I see my good friend suffering like I did. She was very happy with a man for a short time but now is suffering because they separated and have taken different paths. If I compare a man to a dragon and a woman to a volcano, a man is freer than a woman and so can enjoy life more, because a dragon can fly into a volcano and make the volcano erupt, and then the dragon can freely fly away and visit another volcano if it wishes to. But a volcano needs a dragon to erupt and wants the dragon to stay there so the fire doesn´t die down. If the dragon flies away, the volcano will soon turn into a cold rock. And as the volcano doesn t have wings to fly away, it has no choice but to stay where it is and wait for another dragon to fly in. The real problem is that the volcano needs the dragon to feel complete. This is a selfish reason is it not? To need someone to be happy? It is easier to love someone than to accept love is over. the dragon is impermanent so the volcano would probably be happier permanently without a dragon that comes and goes but does not stay as the volcano wishes. But without the dragon the volcano is just a lifeless rock.
What I mean by this is I would be a happier person and enjoy life more if I would be able share myself with another person without feeling pain brought on by attachment and wanting permanence in a relationship that is doomed to be impermenant like all good things in Samsara. And I know others like my friend who would be happier too. But I don´t know how to and where to start...
I have attented two of yours conferences on the sword of wisdom. So my question is can sword of wisdom technique cut the pain of attachment and set me free like a dragon or am i condemned to be a barren volcano for the rest of my woman life? I hope not because it would be rather boring not to love a nice man.
Thank you for your time.

Dear Tulku Lobsang,
I am glad to ask you my personal question. I meditate every day with my body and my mind, I train my awareness in lots of moments, I practise yoga and read a lot (at the moment the books written by Osho) but now I feel that I need a real master/teacher who can help me to find and not only to search all the time. How can I find? Or just relax, wait and see if I meet someone sometime? If there is one for me he will find me?
Thank you a lot for your understanding.
Greatings from Vienna,
Kai
PS: I like your new music cd

Is it possible, even when one has been born in the West, and if one has been educated as a Roman Catholic, to understand and feel the essence of Buddhism ? And I should have started with this question : what is the essence of Buddhism ? Thank you, Lama, if you would be so kind to answer these questions and also, if you do not select them.

Dear Tulku Lobsang,
thank you for listening to me.
I´m Verena and I´m 43 years old. There are a few month since I think I lost my right way.
Till last year I´m happy to help people in my own practice. Last year I moved to another place, because I don´t feel good at this place anymore and it was time to change the place. I ask some special people, if the new place was good for me. These people say it was a good place and also I felt that it was a good new place. I also get a pucha of your monks (they have been in Murnau last year and they come to me and have done a pucha for me and my practice). I thought it was really a good start for my new place. But there are only disasters. Really nothing is going easy. The last was an demage with water, so my flat and my practice were full of musty, so I can´t live and work there now.
I ask me all the time what it means to me, what want it to say to me, where I have to look at it? Have I to change the place again, have I to change my work or...
Since January I`m learning Lu Jong and there I´ve read the information, that Medicin and Astrology hang together. I´m thinking about taking a horoscope to look, if I´m still on the right way or to get some information what I have to change outside of me and inside of me. I´m loosing my confidence in my way and I feel it makes me very sick.
Taking a horoscope is this a good idea or is this an evasion of me? When it´s a good solution who can do it for me.
Yours sincerly
Verena

Yesterday evening I read about your programm in Basel.
Tomorrow morning I had a dream: I asked you a question everything was in a blue light.
When I waked up I looked to your homepage and realised that it is realy possible to ask you questions... strange... and now my question from the dream:
How is it possible to have a continious feeling of happiness. What might I do?
Meditation helps me much, but not to be continiuos in a relaxed happy and friendly state.
Is only possible to be in a relaxed happy state during meditation?
My wish is to be in happyness and trust every times.

When a person is very powerfull and the energy of that person feels very cold, he / she knows ways and specific points of the energetic body to control other persons energy to steal it from a distance, then what?
How to deal with people who steal energy from us that way?

When we spoke in Phoenix, we joked a little, but also talked seriously. One point that I remember is you said "If you are going to take a serious spiritual path you cannot be in a relationship (with a man)". Please forgive me for misquoting you, and surly misunderstanding. My question... is there truth to this? Can one grow more spiritually by being free from committed relationships? After all there are many ways to be in love.

I love two man!
A is beatiful, inteligent, shy, calm, the best friend anyone can find and I feel safe, secure and serene next to him! He never makes me feel bad!
N is beatiful, inteligent, funny, someone I can have conversations about anything and I feel excited, passion and have spontaneaus laughs! When he feels insecure, he tries to make me feel the same!
Is it possible to love so different persons?
Which one is the true love?
I believe both are!
I also feel my hapiness is compromise, because I am with A, but always missing N!

Beloved teacher,
I´m a person who´s trying to find his heart and way.Since I was a little girl my main purpose has been helping people in need because that´s what makes me feel fulfilled. But lately I have been in conflict...I´ve been thinking about the significance of the feeling compassion.I help others because it makes me feel happy. So I do it with some interest, not just to help others but also to help me. My question is if I do it because it makes me feel fulfilled, so it`s not a uninterested act. My feeling of compassion is just a selfish compassion? Or is it steel sincere?

Dear Tulku Lobsang,
I am trying to lose fear. Some years ago I suffered my first pannic attack and I started my spiritual life. Although it has been a great step to feel a healthy state of mind, I think I must find my mission in this life. I studied Philosophy but I don't feel myself teaching this rational way of thinking. I would like to help people to heal themselves. How can I discover the way to do it out of the official ways?
Thank you with all my love.
