The Traditional Tibetan Medicine is an ancient wisdom about healing, closely related to Tibetan Buddhism.
It is is based on the connection between mind and body.
This means that our mind has a very large impact on our physical health and vice versa. This holistic approach, combined with detailed knowledge about the origins of diseases makes it possible to set a very precise diagnosis for treating patients. Treatment usually consists of a combination of herbs, diet and behavior modifications. Other techniques that can be used to bring the elements back into balance include meditation, Lu Jong, Tsa Lung.
