Mindfulness is of fundamental importance. It has a positive effect on all aspects of our life. Mindfulness helps us to not constantly dwell on our thoughts about the past but to return to the present moment and thereby find deep happiness in the here and now. When we are more mindful, all aspects of our life improve automatically.
Whether we experience a lack of joy in our life or have difficulties in our relationships, with our health or at work - mindfulness is the key to a deep change in our life.
In the west, we are often not aware of the necessity and the benefits of mindfulness. The same way as our body gets stronger, more flexible and fitter when we train it in a certain way, we can also train our mind.
In this workshop, Tulku Lobsang teaches us methods for daily use that help us to train our mind in order to develop more and more mindfulness. With this skill we can increasingly unfold our potential and have more loving relationships.
