A personal conversation with a Buddhist teacher and master, where you can ask questions about your own practice or spiritual development, can be very helpful.

Tibetan medicine is an ancient healing knowledge based on the understanding of the interdependence of body and mind.

As a Tibetan doctor and spiritual counselor, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche offers private consultations. The consultations usually begin with a pulse diagnosis. If desired, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will give recommendations for movement, breathing and meditation techniques during a consultation. It is also possible to clarify questions with Rinpoche that are related to the teachings received.

The practice of mindfulness plays an important role in Buddhism. To be mindful means to be present in this moment. In the here and now we are aware of our emotions, thoughts and actions. Our mind is awake in every single moment and knows what impact our actions will have on our fellow human beings and our environment.

There are four aspects of mindfulness: The mindfulness for my body, my feelings, my mind and my speech. Who practices mindfulness, is aware of Samsara, the perpetual cycle of being, in every single moment; and therefore creates their life for the benefit of all sentient beings.

Tsa Lung works with the body and the breath. It is a technique that combines movements with breath retention in order to release blockages in the subtle body.

The health of our subtle body is of primary importance to the health of our physical body and the happiness of our mind. The subtle body is composed of three things: channels (tsa) and the wind-energy (lung) and essence (tigle) that flow through them. Blockages in the channels cause imbalances in our body systems - as vital nutrients, oxygen and blood don’t flow properly. We can recognize this by f.ex. having stiff muscles and a less flexible body. These blockages also cause energetic and mental blockages. Unless we actively nurture our subtle body, everyday we lose some channels. Fortunately, Tantrayana Buddhism has developed powerful methods to open our channels and make them clear and supple.

Tsa Lung is a practice that works intensively with our subtle body. By combining special breath retention techniques with physical movements and visualizations, we move our wind-energy throughout the body, allowing it to reach deep places and open more and more subtle channels. This energizes the body and clears the mind.

This practice is both dynamic and powerful. As we become older our breathing becomes more and more shallow. Therefore, we need to relearn how to breathe deeply. And when the breath flows, the mind flows. When we work with the breath, we completely change our thoughts. This is a method for coming into a deep stillness of the mind.

In this Intensive Seminar, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will teach us this precious technique of Tibetan Buddhism so that we can incorporate it into our lives and receive the great benefits.

Tsa Lung - Exercices respiratoires tibétains de guérison

Le Tsa Lung travaille avec le corps et la respiration. Il s'agit d'une technique qui associe des mouvements à la rétention de la respiration afin de libérer les blocages du corps subtil. La santé de notre corps subtil est d'une importance primordiale pour la santé de notre corps physique et le bonheur de notre esprit. Le corps subtil est composé de trois éléments : les canaux (tsa), l’énergie-vent (lung) et l'essence (tigle) qui les traversent. Les blocages dans les canaux provoquent des déséquilibres dans nos systèmes corporels, car les nutriments vitaux, l'oxygène et le sang ne circulent pas correctement. On peut s'en rendre compte par exemple en ayant des muscles raides et un corps moins souple. Ces blocages provoquent également des blocages énergétiques et mentaux. Si nous n'entretenons pas activement notre corps subtil, nous perdons chaque jour certains canaux. Heureusement, le bouddhisme Tantrayana a développé des méthodes puissantes pour ouvrir nos canaux et les rendre clairs et souples.

Le Tsa Lung est une pratique qui travaille intensivement avec notre corps subtil. En combinant des techniques spéciales de rétention de la respiration avec des mouvements physiques et des visualisations, nous déplaçons notre énergie-vent dans tout le corps, ce qui lui permet d'atteindre des endroits profonds et d'ouvrir de plus en plus de canaux subtils. Cela dynamise le corps et libère l'esprit.

Cette pratique est à la fois dynamique et puissante. Avec l'âge, notre respiration devient de plus en plus superficielle. Nous devons donc réapprendre à respirer profondément. Et lorsque la respiration est fluide, l'esprit l'est aussi. Lorsque nous travaillons avec la respiration, nous changeons complètement nos pensées. Il s'agit d'une méthode pour parvenir à un calme profond de l'esprit.

Lors de ce séminaire intensif, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoché nous enseignera cette précieuse technique du bouddhisme tibétain afin que nous puissions l'incorporer dans notre vie et en recevoir les grands bénéfices.

Being at home. Arrive, no longer have to do anything, just let go. Finally find peace and be content - deep within ourselves.

We all long for this so much - and yet we live the exact opposite. We think we have to be different, better, stronger and more perfect, so that everything finally falls into place. But this moment never comes. We are constantly criticizing ourselves and trying to be someone we are not and don’t really want to be. So what can we do to find our inner home, to finally arrive at home? Letting go and being content - that is the key.

When we learn to let go, we find ourselves, we find contentment. Letting go is the path to liberation. Letting go is liberation. Letting go and contentment - these are the keys to our inner home.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche shows us how we can succeed in letting go of everything we don’t need and thus become more and more content.

Être chez soi. Arriver, ne plus avoir à faire quoi que ce soit, lâcher prise. Trouver enfin la paix et le contentement, au plus profond de nous-mêmes.

C'est ce à quoi nous aspirons tous, et pourtant nous vivons exactement le contraire. Nous pensons que nous devons être différents, meilleurs, plus forts et plus parfaits, pour que tout se mette enfin en place. Mais ce moment n'arrive jamais. Nous nous critiquons constamment et essayons d'être quelqu'un que nous ne sommes pas et que nous ne voulons pas vraiment être. Alors, que pouvons-nous faire pour trouver notre chez soi intérieur, pour arriver enfin chez nous? Lâcher prise et être satisfait, voilà la clé.

Lorsque nous apprenons à lâcher prise, nous nous retrouvons nous-mêmes, nous trouvons le contentement. Le lâcher-prise est le chemin de la libération. Le lâcher-prise est la libération. Le lâcher-prise et le contentement sont les clés de notre chez soi intérieur.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoché va nous montrer comment nous pouvons réussir à nous débarrasser de tout ce dont nous n'avons pas besoin et devenir ainsi de plus en plus satisfaits.
