It is not enough to simply hear a teaching. For a teaching to have true, lasting benefit it needs to be given in the right way and taken in the right way. We need the right teacher, the right teaching, and the right way to receive.
- Lu Jong
  
  Lu Jong is an ancient practice rooted in Tibetan Medicine that releases blockages on the physical, mental and energetic levels. Doing this movement practice makes us healthier, and also more calm and balanced.
- Tsa Lung
  
  With Tsa Lung we work with the breath. This is the way to touch deep within the body and open more subtle channels. Change the breath; change the mind.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche has developed a standardised and comprehensive Teacher Certification Program to support the spreading of various precious methods rooted in the Tantrayana, Bön and Mahamudra traditions while maintaining the authenticity and quality of the teachings.

The Teacher Certification Program provides the opportunity to successfully disseminate the practices - so that they benefit many people - while preserving the purity of the transmission. It also unites Certified Teachers in a way that promotes community and mutual support.

Usually, the Teacher Education Courses are held by Certified Educators, followed by a Master Class with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. This Online Live Teacher Certification Program provides the rare opportunity to be educated by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche himself.

After having successfully completed this Teacher Certification Program, the participants will be certified as "Shiné - Traditional Tibetan Shamatha Meditation" Teachers in the lineage of Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche. The requirements for successfully completing this Teacher Certification Program include 100% attendance at the Online Live Sessions, completion of various homework tasks, following a schedule of daily meditation, peer discussions in-between the Online Live Sessions, successfully passing continuous written exams during the course of the Teacher Certification Program as well as the creation of an individual painting (Thangka) to illustrate one's own experience on the Shiné path.

“Shiné – Traditional Tibetan Shamatha Meditation” is a practice which is peaceful and powerful at the same time. It aims to calm our mind and train it in a way so that it transforms from its usual active and agitated state into a calm and clear one that gradually allows for awareness to arise. As a result, our mind becomes more peaceful and less disturbed by both internal factors like thoughts and emotions, and external factors, like a stressful environment.
