- The Lu Jong 1 Online Live Master Class is held on:

- Daily Sessions Schedule:
Session 1: 14:00 – 15:30 (CET)

- This Master Class will be held through "Zoom".
- In order to access the Online Master Class you need to download the Zoom App onto the device through which you want to join the Master Class. Here is the link for downloading Zoom: https://zoom.us/download. In case you already have the Zoom App, please make sure that you update it to its latest version.
- After your registration for this Online Master Class - at the latest a couple of days before the Master Class - we will provide you by email with the Zoom link (as well as Zoom Meeting-ID and Password) created by Nangten Menlang International who will be the host of this so-called "Zoom-Meeting". You will need this link (or alternatively Zoom Meeting-ID and Password) to access the Master Class. (Please note: You do not need a Zoom account and you do not need to log into Zoom.)
- REGISTRATION:
- Registration for the Advanced Teacher Training Online Master Class is only possible through our website. Other registration requests (via email, phone, etc) cannot be accepted.
- Please select your appropriate pricing option in the drop-down menu below in order to register.
- WEBCAM:
In order to attend the Master Class it is required to have a webcam. The webcam must be switched on during the whole event.
- TRANSLATION:
Rinpoche will be teaching in English. Once you have entered the meeting, you can choose if you wish to have German, French, Portuguese, Spanish or no translation.
- ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:
In order to successfully complete the Master Class, it is required to attend the entire event.
This includes that during practice sessions, please practise actively.

WHAT TO PREPARE FOR THE ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING:
- Please make sure to be ready in time for the start of the event.
- Find a suitable location with a well-functioning internet connection where you have enough space and peace for participating in this online live event.
- Be ready for the event with your yoga mat, a meditation cushion (if needed) and comfortable clothing in which you can move easily. In case you need a chair, please also prepare this in advance.
- In order to attend the Master Class it is required to have a webcam. The webcam must be switched on during the whole event.
- In case you would like to take notes, please also prepare pen and paper.

For Certified Teachers the Master Class – led by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche – is an Advanced Teacher Training which offers the wonderful opportunity to re-connect with the master and the lineage, refine their movements, deepen their knowledge and practice in a group as a Teacher Sangha.
All this makes this Master Class a very special experience!
INFORMATION FOR LU JONG 1 TEACHERS, WHO ARE NOT YET CERTIFIED TIBETAN FIVE ELEMENTS PRACTICES TEACHERS:
During this Master Class Rinpoche will be giving transmission of the Five Elements Mindfulness-based Meditation, which empowers and authorises you to teach not only Lu Jong 1 but also become officially certified as a Tibetan Five Elements Practices Teacher.
CERTIFICATES:
After the Master Class you will receive your Participation Certificate for the Lu Jong 1 Advanced Teacher Training as well as either your Participation Certificate for the Tibetan Five Elements Practices Advanced Teacher Training or your new Teaching Certificate for the Tibetan Five Elements Practices.
- Please note: This Advanced Teacher Training is open ONLY to Certified Lu Jong 1 Teachers. There are no examinations during the Master Class.
