Registration
Registration is not required for public events such as presentations, speeches or demonstrations of any kind. The number of participants is not limited either.
Registration is, however, necessary for closed events (such as workshops, seminars, private consultations etc.). Registrations are processed in the order that they are received. Registration (be it by mail, phone, e-mail or fax) is definitive and binding.
The number of participants is limited only in a few specific cases. If this is the case, it will be made clear on the announcement of the specific event. Our events are in general open to anyone. No further commitments or obligations result from any participation. The organisers reserve their rights to reject any interested party from participating without giving further reasons.
If an event does not take place the organiser pays back all provided advance payments. No further claims can be made beyond this. In case that an event does not take place the registered participants will be informed in written form or by phone call.

Annulation
In case the services offered are not called up in part or as a whole, the registered participant has no claim for compensation, commission or reimbursement.
In case of cancellation up to one week before the event the organisers reserve their rights of keeping CHF 50.- as a service fee. In case of deregistration later than one week before the event, the whole amount will be due, unless the deregistering party sends a substitute. Appointments for consultations made on the phone are binding. Deregistration is only possible until 48 hours before the appointment (without Saturday and Sunday); a service fee of CHF 50.- is then due for payment. In case of later cancellation or not cancelling the appointment at all, the whole amount will be due. It is, however, possible to send someone else as a substitute.

Payment
If not otherwise stipulated, the total amount due needs to be paid fourteen days before the beginning of the event. If you register later than fourteen days before the beginning of the event, please bring your voucher. Participants who want to pay the rest of the due amount in cash are asked to do so twenty minutes before the beginning of the event at the latest, so we can guarantee that the event starts on time.

Costs
There are always two announced prices. The second, cheaper one, is for members of the BPV. We aim to keep the event fees low. If it should not be possible for anyone to pay the full event fee, the organiser can exceptionally offer special prices in well-founded cases.

Payment in Euro
Please note that for any bank wire transaction to our Euro account, as well as for any cash payment in Euro we apply a 1:1 exchange rate.  

Room reservation
Participants care themselves for their accommodation.

Exclusion of liability
Each and every speaker and participant is fully responsible for his or her own utterances, actions and decisions. It is up to you to decide, which events you want to take part in, how much you profit from them and how you deal with your experiences.
The organisers point out that no promises for cure are made and no liability can be assumed for the results of any treatments or any suggestions that participants may receive during consultations. The responsibility is all the participants’. All insurances (sickness, accident, liability) are down to the participants.
