Belief is the root of our worldly happiness. The right beliefs are like keys that open the door to our own transformation and to a peaceful existence in the world. With belief, it is possible to maintain good relations between people, countries and religions, but without it, it is difficult even to be happy.

The foremost problem associated with the lack of a genuine belief is the feeling of loneliness. This loneliness becomes the gateway to many other problems in life. Many people today suffer from depression. The cause of depression is loneliness. When one feels lonely, there is a belief that there is nobody in the world that one can relate to or believe in.

Often, it happens that we want to be trusted by other people, but at the same time we are not willing to trust others. If we believe that we are the only one that can be trusted and each person believes this about themselves, many obstacles will come between family members, friends and nations.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will explore how we can find a genuine belief and show us that we can’t look for the root of a problem in someone else. The root of the problem lies within ourselves.
