Join us for an exciting workshop on burnout from a Tibetan Buddhist perspective. Buddhist master Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche delves into the main causes of burnout and shares useful tools for restoring balance and renewing the feeling of energy and joy in life.
There are many reasons why we suffer more from burnout today than in the past. We live in a fast-paced society, which can easily lead to stress. We breathe shallowly, have many worries, lack physical activity, or experience other things that create obstacles in our energy system. This can lead to exhaustion and the persistent fatigue and lack of vitality that we often describe as “burnout.”
Tibetan Buddhism sees a close connection between mental balance and physical health. When our emotions are out of control, a physical disturbance is also created, making our lives even more overwhelming. Understanding the connection between our mind and physical health gives us the opportunity to make real, lasting changes. There are many techniques that can help us steer our thoughts and emotions in a positive way.
In this workshop, Tulku Lobsang shares the principles of Tibetan Buddhism and sheds light on the deep connection between body and mind. He offers effective methods for dealing with difficult emotions and stress, which can help you prevent burnout.
