Cancellation:
In case of a cancellation of your booking, a cancellation fee will be charged as specified below. In case any payments have already been made before the cancellation, the paid amount will be reimbursed less the applying cancellation fee. In case no payments have been made before the cancellation, you will be sent an invoice for the applying cancellation fee.
- Cancellation before February 28th: €25,00 administration fee
- Cancellation between March 1st and April 1st: 50% of the retreat fee plus €25,00 administration fee
- Cancellation after April 1st: 100% of the retreat fee
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the event you will receive a full refund of the payments that you have already made. Please note that your travel costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you arrange a personal cancellation insurance. |

The retreat starts on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 18:00h (Check-in from 16:00h to 18:00h) and ends on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at 16:00h. Dinner August 26 starts at 18:00 h. Teaching room will be open at 19:30 h. Teaching starts at 20:00 h.

Kata Offering Ceremony During this teaching, Rinpoche will offer a short blessing ceremony. You will receive a blessed red string from Rinpoche. Traditionally, you can make a kata (blessing scarf) offering where you approach Rinpoche with a kata folded in half and held in your prayer mudra. Rinpoche will then put the kata over your head as a blessing. If you wish, you can also offer a monetary donation. Put any money offering in an envelope and hand it over during the offering ceremony.
The best gift you can offer to your teacher is your personal inner practice and the ceremony just represents an outer form of offering.
Please note: we do not sell Katas at the Retreat. If you wish to make a Kata Offering to Rinpoche, you can bring your own kata. Traditional donation envelopes will be available at the bookstand. |

In this Retreat Tulku Lobsang teaches us how to create physical bliss – to practice love of the body - through specific bodily movements, visualization and breathing techniques.
Everyone wants to be happy. But more often than not, though, we depend upon external factors for our happiness: we think we need a reason to be happy. The way to liberate ourselves from this heavily dependent version of happiness is the practice of bliss. We do not need a reason to experience bliss. Unlike happiness that is experienced conceptually in the mind, bliss is direct perception through the body.
Tantrayana Buddhism often uses the body to attain the "clear light" mind. Reaching this clear-light state of mind is easier and faster when we do it by working with our body. That is what is special about Tantrayana. This physical bliss dissolves all conceptual thought. Only the perceptual mind remains. This means we have reached a mind full of bliss, or the “clear light” mind. This is the highest goal in Tantrayana, because through experiencing a blissful mind we discover the true nature of our mind.
The more bliss we feel, the less we distinguish between 'I' and ‘you.’ Feelings of attachment, desire and anger are significantly reduced allowing for all our negative emotions to gradually decrease. The practice of bliss is the best technique to overcome all negative emotions.

In deze retraite leert Tulku Lobsang ons hoe we in ons lichaam gelukzaligheid – bliss- kunnen ervaren door middel van specifieke lichaamsbewegingen, visualisaties en ademhalingstechnieken. Met bliss beoefenen we de liefde van het lichaam.
Iedereen wil gelukkig zijn. Om geluk te kunnen ervaren leunen maar al te vaak op externe factoren. We geloven dat we een reden nodig hebben om gelukkig te kunnen zijn. Met de beoefening van bliss kunnen we onszelf bevrijden van de afhankelijkheid van dit voorwaardelijke geluk. Voor het ervaren van bliss hebben we geen reden nodig. Geluk is iets dat we conceptueel in onze geest ervaren. Bij bliss spreken we van een directe, perceptionele ervaring via het lichaam.
In Tantrayana Boeddhisme wordt het lichaam vaak gebruikt voor het bereiken van de “clear-light” staat van de mind. Het bereiken van deze staat wordt vergemakkelijkt door te werken met het lichaam. Dat maakt Tantrayana zo bijzonder. Het fysiek ervaren van gelukzaligheid – bliss – doet al onze conceptuele gedachten oplossen. Dan blijft er alleen perceptionele waarneming over. Dan hebben we een staat bereikt waarin onze geest vol is van bliss en “clear-light”. Dit is het hoogste wat we kunnen bereiken in Tantrayana omdat we met het ervaren van een geest vol van bliss onze ware natuur ontdekken.
Des te meer bliss we voelen, des te minder maken we onderscheid tussen “ik” en “jij”. Onze gevoelens van gehechtheid, verlangen en woede nemen sterk af waardoor al onze negatieve emoties langzaam verdwijnen. De beoefening van bliss is de beste methode om onszelf van alle negatieve emoties te bevrijden.
