Being at home. Arriving, letting go of all obligations, and simply being. Finally feeling peace—deep within ourselves. We all long for this, yet we often live in a way that is completely the opposite. We believe we must be different, better, stronger, and more perfect for everything to fall into place.

Through the practice of meditation, we discover tranquillity in our bodies and calmness in our minds. Only in silence can we truly hear what our bodies are trying to tell us. This meditation session is guided by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.

Meditatie met Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche

Thuis zijn. Aankomen, niets meer hoeven doen, gewoon loslaten en zijn. Eindelijk rust voelen - diep in onszelf. We verlangen hier allemaal zo naar – en toch leven we precies het tegenovergestelde. We denken dat we anders, beter, sterker en perfecter moeten zijn, zodat alles eindelijk op zijn plaats valt.

Door het beoefenen van meditatie vinden we de rust in ons lichaam en de kalmte in onze geest. Alleen in stilte kunnen we luisteren naar wat ons lichaam ons te vertellen heeft.  Deze meditatie wordt begeleid door Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche.

Stress, and in extreme cases burnout, has become an integral part and symptom of our modern society. There are few people who never use the word. We have almost come to accept it as normal, even though deep down we know it is not part of our natural state. After all, we yearn for inner peace. We often struggle to incorporate this understanding into our daily lives. On this day, Tulku Lobsang will guide us to explore and experience profound insights into this challenge through a Tibetan-Buddhist perspective.

De weg van stress naar ontspanning

Stress, met in het uiterste geval een burn-out is een onderdeel en symptoom geworden van onze samenleving. Er zijn weinig mensen die het woord nooit gebruiken. En we zijn het bijna normaal gaan vinden, terwijl we diep van binnen weten dat het niet bij onze natuurlijke staat hoort. Want we verlangen immers naar innerlijke rust. We weten in de praktijk vaak niet hoe dit in ons dagelijkse leven vorm te geven. Tulku Lobsang zal ons op deze dag de rijkdom laten ervaren van de antwoorden op dit vraagstuk vanuit een Tibetaans-Boeddhistisch perspectief.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to Lu Jong, an ancient Tibetan practice of movement that translates to "body training" or "transformation". Through breathing, specific postures, and movements, we train the subtle body channels and enhance our awareness.

Lu Jong, also known as Tibetan healing yoga, not only promotes physical health but also aids in achieving mental calmness, focus, and joy. The exercises are accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, or background, and they nurture both body and mind.

This workshop provides a practical introduction to this ancient knowledge and invites you to incorporate the healing power of Lu Jong into your daily life.

Lu Jong Workshop met Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche

Tijdens deze workshop maak je kennis met Lu Jong, een eeuwenoude Tibetaanse bewegingsleer die staat voor “lichaamstraining” of “transformatie”. Door ademhaling, specifieke houdingen en bewegingen trainen we de subtiele lichaamskanalen en vergroten we ons bewustzijn.

Lu Jong, ook wel bekend als Tibetaanse helende yoga, bevordert niet alleen de fysieke gezondheid, maar helpt ook bij het vinden van mentale rust, focus en vreugde. De oefeningen zijn toegankelijk voor iedereen, ongeacht leeftijd, ervaring of achtergrond en stimuleren zowel lichaam als geest.

Deze workshop biedt een praktische introductie tot deze eeuwenoude kennis en nodigt je uit om de helende kracht van Lu Jong te integreren in je dagelijks leven.

Vajra Yogini Meditation is a practice in Tibetan Buddhism that focuses on Vajra Yogini,  a female Buddha representing wisdom, transformation, and the direct path to enlightenment. The meditation combines visualization, mantra recitation, and contemplation of emptiness, helping practitioners purify their mind, transform desires, and cultivate wisdom.

Tummo, or "inner heat" meditation, is integrated into the Vajra Yogini practice to accelerate spiritual transformation. It involves visualizing inner channels and chakras and generating inner fire. By combining Vajra Yogini's visualization and Tummo, we aim to unite wisdom (emptiness) and method (bliss), achieving rapid spiritual progress and ultimately, enlightenment.

Vajra Yogini Meditatie is een beoefening binnen het Tibetaans boeddhisme die zich richt op Vajra Yogini, een vrouwelijke Boeddha die wijsheid, transformatie en het directe pad naar verlichting vertegenwoordigt. De meditatie combineert visualisatie, het reciteren van mantra's en de contemplatie van leegte. Dit helpt beoefenaars hun geest te zuiveren, verlangen te transformeren en wijsheid te ontwikkelen.

Tummo, of "innerlijke vuur" meditatie, wordt gecombineerd met Vajra Yogini meditatie om de spirituele groei te versnellen. Tummo is gericht op het opwekken van innerlijk vuur en het beheersen van subtiele energieën in het lichaam. Door de visualisatie van Vajra Yogini en Tummo te combineren, streven we er naar ernaar wijsheid (leegte) en methode (gelukzaligheid) te verenigen. Dit leidt tot snelle spirituele vooruitgang en uiteindelijk verlichting.
