Our mind is constantly moving.
We think about what has happened, replay conversations, worry about what may come next, and often find it difficult to truly switch off. Even in moments when everything seems fine, the mind continues creating stories, fears, and inner pressure.
This constant mental activity can leave us feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unable to fully rest in the present moment.
In this free online live teaching, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will share the Buddhist perspective on why the mind so easily gets caught in repetitive thinking, and how this creates suffering in our daily lives.
More importantly, Rinpoche will show us how we can relate to our thoughts differently – not by fighting them, but by discovering the inner space and awareness that already exist beyond them.
When we learn to rest in this space, clarity naturally arises, the mind becomes quieter, and we begin to experience a deeper sense of ease, stability, and peace.
As part of the talk, Rinpoche will also guide us through a short meditation practice, offering a direct experience of how to calm the mind and reconnect with inner stillness.
This talk is a beautiful opportunity for anyone who wishes to:
- calm mental restlessness
- reduce anxiety and overthinking
- find more presence in daily life
- discover a practical Buddhist approach to inner peace
Whether you are new to Buddhist teachings or already familiar with meditation, this session offers timeless wisdom that can be applied immediately in modern life.
