Our Mind has an incredible power to heal any pain or suffering. We all want a healthy and happy life, but for True Healing, we need to develop deep compassion for ourselves. This compassion relates especially to all the things we do not like about ourselves.
There are always things going on in our lives that we do not want. The truth is however, that life is continuously changing, nothing is fixed or static in life. The same goes for healing, True Healing does not mean finding a solid solution or a final remedy. True Healing is letting go of judgement and learn to relax with the totality of life including the pain, sadness, beauty, and joy. We can heal the body and the mind simply by being what we truly are and by connecting to our innate healing qualities.
In this lecture, Rinpoche will guide us on the path of awakening our self-healing power and teach us meditation- and visualisation practices from the Tantrayana Buddhist Wisdom.
