CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT

If you have to cancel your participation after payment please inform us as soon as possible.

- If you cancel before 15th March 2020 we will refund you 100% of the first payment, minus the costs related to bank transactions and €25 as processing fee.

- If you cancel between 16th March and 31th March 2020, both inclusive, we will refund you 75% of the first payment, minus the costs related to bank transactions and € 25 as processing fee.

-  If you cancel between 1st April and 15th April 2020, both inclusive, we will refund you 50% of the first payment, minus the costs related to bank transactions and € 25 as processing fee.

- If you cancel from 16th April 2020 (inclusive) onwards no amount will be refunded.

If the organization cancels the Event, you shall receive a refund of 100% of any payments you made towards the organization. The organization shall not be liable for any claims or amounts exceeding the course cost, including without limitation non refundable travel expenses or accommodation fees. We recommend you consider obtaining travel insurance to cover any such expenses in case you have to cancel your registration for an event.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to allow you to substitute a new participant instead of cancelling your registration, subject to a € 25 processing fee.

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to javier@tulkulobsang-organizer.org.

Cancellation requests sent by email shall be deemed dated on the date organization receives the email.

The Retreat starts on Thursday, 23 April 2020 at 18:00h (Check-in with Nangten Menlang Andalucía from 18:00h to 19:30h) and ends on Sunday, 26 April 2020 at 13:00h.

Please bring:
1) Meditation cushion
2) Blanket and / or yoga mat
3) Comfortable clothing
4) Pen and paper for notes
5) Chairs will be available

Information about the event location:
    •    Free parking space by the hotel
    •    For bookings the following hotel services are included:
          - accomodation according to the booked room category
          - full board as well as drinks & snacks during the breaks
          - swim towels available

How to reach the Retreat venue:

ARRIVAL BY PLANE
The nearest airport is Málaga Airport: 10 km to the bus and train station of Málaga city, both very close to each other. From departure terminal airport it is possible to go to both stations by bus, train or taxi. Note that after you need to go to Córdoba City.
From there you can take the high-speed railway to go to Córdoba city (1 hour approximately).

ARRIVAL TO CÓRDOBA BY HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY (Best option)
From Málaga to Córdoba: Departure from train station Málaga city “María Zambrano”; the travel takes one hour, approximately.
From Madrid to Córdoba: about two hours, approximately.
From Barcelona to Córdoba: about five hours, approximately.  
Conventional train or hight speed train (AVE in Spanish) is available.

KATA OFFERING CEREMONY

During this teaching, Rinpoche will offer a short blessing ceremony. Traditionally, you can make a kata (blessing scarf) offering where you approach Rinpoche with a kata folded in half and held in your prayer mudra. Rinpoche will then put the kata over your head as a blessing. If you wish, you can also offer a monetary donation. Put any money offering in an envelope and hand it over during the offering ceremony.

The best gift you can offer to your teacher is your personal inner practice and the ceremony just represents an outer form of offering.

If you wish, you can either bring your own kata or purchase a kata at the retreat. Traditional donation envelopes will be available at the bookstand.
