CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT
If you have to cancel your participation after payment please inform us as soon as possible.
- If you cancel before 15th March 2020 we will refund you 100% of the first payment, minus the costs related to bank transactions and €25 as processing fee.
- If you cancel between 16th March and 31th March 2020, both inclusive, we will refund you 75% of the first payment, minus the costs related to bank transactions and € 25 as processing fee.
- If you cancel between 1st April and 15th April 2020, both inclusive, we will refund you 50% of the first payment, minus the costs related to bank transactions and € 25 as processing fee.
- If you cancel from 16th April 2020 (inclusive) onwards no amount will be refunded.
If the organization cancels the Event, you shall receive a refund of 100% of any payments you made towards the organization. The organization shall not be liable for any claims or amounts exceeding the course cost, including without limitation non refundable travel expenses or accommodation fees. We recommend you consider obtaining travel insurance to cover any such expenses in case you have to cancel your registration for an event.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to allow you to substitute a new participant instead of cancelling your registration, subject to a € 25 processing fee.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to javier@tulkulobsang-organizer.org.
Cancellation requests sent by email shall be deemed dated on the date organization receives the email.
