When body, breath, and mind are one, we are truly connected to our inner strength and natural happiness. This is exactly what the practices of Lu Jong, Tsa Lung, meditation, Gang Gyok, and Tog Chöd support. In everyday life, body, breath, and mind often function separately, creating stress, exhaustion, and emotional imbalance. Through these ancient Tibetan practices, we learn to reconnect with ourselves with more awareness, balance and harmony.
The seminar begins with the Five Elements of Lu Jong combined with Shiné meditation. Through gentle movements, Lu Jong works with the body and the channels, helping to open blocked areas and restore balance to the elements. Together with the calm-abiding practice of Shiné meditation, this creates greater mental clarity, stability, and awareness. The second day focuses on Tsa Lung, a profound practice of the subtle body that uses movement, breath, and concentration to release blockages in the channels and support the transformation of emotions into wisdom and vitality.
On the final day, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche will guide participants through the dynamic practices of Gang Gyok and Tog Chöd. Gang Gyok, the Tibetan Running Technique practiced outdoors, works deeply with the breath and energy, bringing freshness and vitality to body and mind. Tog Chöd combines movement, sound, and meditative awareness to cut through ego-based patterns and reconnect with the mind’s true nature. In this intensive seminar, participants are introduced to practical methods that support inner peace, openness, strength, and a deeper integration of body, breath, and mind.
