COSTS
Teaching fee 660€ + accommodation/food
ATTENTION: Accommodation and food (full or half board) have to be booked separately with the hotel!
You will receive the booking link after we receive payment of the teaching fee. It is necessary to also book the accommodation/food in order to complete the registration.
Accommodation prices:
Single room with full board: 885€
Double or multishare room with full board: 630€
No accommodation with half board: 378€
Please note:
Options for single and double rooms, as well as half board are limited. The hotel will try to take care of your special food requests the best they can.
At Nangten Menlang Belgium vzw only the teaching fee of 660€ is due.
IMPORTANT: Teachings will be held in English. There will be no translation.

For this event, Special Cancellation Conditions apply which are different from the General Cancellation Conditions contained in Nangten Menlang Belgie’s Terms and Conditions. These special cancellation conditions apply to every booking - independent of whether any payments have been made.
In case of a cancellation of your booking, a cancellation fee will be charged as specified below. In case any payments have already been made before the cancellation, the paid amount will be reimbursed less the applying cancellation fee.
In case no payments have been made before the cancellation, you will be sent an invoice for the applying cancellation fee.
Cancellation before 4 August: free cancellation
Cancellation between 4 August and 2 November 2019: 200 Euro
Cancellation between 3 November and 26 November 2019: 50% of the teaching fee
Cancellation after 26 November: 100% of the teaching fee
(Please note that the hotel The Heerlijckyt will also charge an administration cancellation fee of 75 Euro when you cancel your accommodation with them.) |

KATA OFFERING CEREMONY
During this teaching, Rinpoche will offer a short blessing ceremony. Traditionally, you can make a kata (blessing scarf) offering where you approach Rinpoche with a kata folded in half and held in your prayer mudra. Rinpoche will then put the kata over your head as a blessing. If you wish, you can also offer a monetary donation. Put any money offering in an envelope and hand it over during the offering ceremony.
The best gift you can offer to your teacher is your personal inner practice and the ceremony just represents an outer form of offering.
If you wish, you can either bring your own kata or purchase a kata at the retreat. Traditional donation envelopes will be available at the bookstand. |

Tummo is our wisdom fire. It naturally resides within our bodies even if we are not consciously aware of it.
On a physical level it is responsible for our body temperature, on an energetic level the Tummo fire blazes through the channels, melting away even the subtlest of blockages while supplying the entire body with energy throughout. On the mental level Tummo is the source of love, joy, happiness and bliss.
As we grow older we start to lose this natural warmth. Our hormones and essences gradually diminish naturally. However: It does not have to be this way!
With the Tummo practice we re-ignite our inner fire. Through a combination of movements, breathing techniques and visualizations we generate, nurture and evolve the Tummo flame within us and direct it to the farthest corners of our body.
Starting with this great fiery presence of wisdom we can further realize the true nature of our mind: fundamental wisdom, unconditional love and compassion.
Tulku Lobsang’s connection to Tummo is particularly exceptional: the Tummo Fire practice is his true specialty; having been instructed by several masters of different lineages, he is able to teach and pass it on like no other.

Tummo is het vuur van onze wijsheid.
Het is altijd aanwezig in ons lichaam zonder dat we er ons goed bewust van zijn.
Het regelt niet enkel onze lichaamstemperatuur maar kan op energetisch niveau blokkades wegsmelten waardoor er weer energie gaat stromen in heel het lichaam.
Op geestelijk niveau brengt Tummo ervaringen van liefde, diepe vreugde, geluk en gelukzaligheid.
Jammer genoeg neemt deze innerlijke warmte normaal af bij het ouder worden.
We maken minder hormonen aan, hebben minder levenskracht…
Maar dat hoeft niet zo te blijven!
Het beoefenen van Tummo zal ons vuur terug aanwakkeren!
Door een combinatie van beweging, ademhalingstechniek en visualisatie, leren we de Tummovlam voeden waardoor ze zich gaat verspreiden tot diep in het lichaam.
Met die grote aanwezigheid van wijsheid, kunnen we de ware aard van onze geest, nl. fundamentele wijsheid en onvoorwaardelijke liefde en mededogen, verder verwerkelijken.
Tulku Lobsang heeft een zeer speciale band met Tummo.
Dit is zijn specialiteit, hij ontving deze kennis van verschillende meesters uit verschillende tradities en kan het onderwijzen als geen ander.
